SCOTT ARONESTY: OWNER
I have been cutting hair since the age of 22. I began my training with Vidal Sassoon in New York City; it was there I began specializing in short haircuts. I opened my first salon in New York at the age of 24. I moved to South Florida in 1991 and opened a 10 chair salon the following year. I expanded the salon in 2001, moving to Delray Beach. We now have 25+ chairs and 40+ employees. In 2005 I opened a day spa in Boca Raton, called Spatique™, which is managed by my daughter, Laine. At Spatique™, we offer "everything but hair". |

I am a senior hair stylist at hair by Scott & Co.. I have had extensive training with Bumble&bumble New York. I specialize in precision cutting. I've been working at hair by Scott & Co. for 10 years and have been a stylist for 14 years. I pride myself on attention to detail towards my clients. I enjoy doing up dos and razor cutting. |

TRACY WHITE
I began my career in New Jersey 16 years ago. I moved to Florida to work at hair by Scott & Co. in 1999. I continue my education with advanced training at Bumble&bumble in New York City. I have a true passion for hairdressing, and also for the art of Japanese straightening. I also do men's haircutting, razor cuts, permanent waving and special occasion hair. |

I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts and am a licensed cosmetologist in Massachusetts, California, and Florida. I have been cutting hair for 41 years, beginning my training at John Dellaria in Boston and then in my own salon for 4 years. I relocated to Beverly Hills, California and worked on Rodeo Drive for 10 years. I moved to South Florida in 2002 and began at hair by Scott & Co.. I specialize in women's and men's cutting, blow drying, and permanent waving. |

I was born in Colombia and come to the U.S. when I was 15. I received my degree in cosmetology in White Plains, New York in 1999. I apprenticed in South Florida and came to hair by Scott & Co. in 2003. I attend continuing education classes at Bumble&bumble in New York City. My specialties include cutting all lengths of hair, razor cuts, and finishing work. |

JOSEPH LoBASSO
I began as a hair stylist in 1991, training first at peter Coppula Salon in Boca Raton, Florida. I took courses with Toni & Guy, Jingles in New York City, and at Vidal Sassoon in Los Angeles, with additional training in London and Paris. I first came to hair by Scott & Co. in 1994. I then went on to work at Guy Anthony Salon & Donna Pascoe Salon, but returned to hair by Scott & Co. in 2007, specializing in long hair cuts and Rusk cutting. |

ROBIN COHEN
Grew up in the Yonkers, New York. I did a two and a half year apprenticeship with Evelyn Guthrie of RaveRevues, then started cutting hair. I have done all my training in salons over the years. I've been a hair dresser for 19 years. I pride my self with attention to details and specialize in short razor cuts and long layered haircuts. I have been in Florida for 3 years and been at hair by Scott & Co. since 2006. I recently took hair design class at Bumble&bumble™ in New York City. |

JAY KUSHNER
I am a native New Yorker, have been in South Florida for the past 13 years. I received most of my formal training at Bumble&bumble in New York City and worked there until moving to South Beach in 1993. There I created a very successful salon called "Asia on London" which I then sold in 2000. I currently split my time between Miami and Delray Beach. I pride my work as a master haircutter and network educator for Bumble&bumble.

I lived in South New Jersey for most of my life until moving to Florida eight years ago. Since 2000 I have been with hair by Scott & Co.
